I am a triathalete, and have been needing a full body massage for a while. Joe is a very talented massage therapist who is communicative, intuitive, and got out knots I didn't realize I even had. I really like deep tissue, and Joe knows what he's doing and has many techniques, but also encourages you to communicate (if you'd like deeper or lighter) since no one reads minds. This put me at ease since I can sometimes be shy to direct my massage therapist.

I heard about him at Petaluma Community Acupuncture, and had a lovely experience. Comfortable room in a chiropractic office with easy parking. The half-off deal for first time clients ($50 for 90 minutes) is unbelievable, and I will be a happy return customer for full price.
